Jon started as operations manager at the family firm in 2011. It wasn’t until the year 2000 that Frankie stepped in to take the managing director role which he still fulfills to this day. Frankie brings considerable multi-functional expertise in a number of different areas through-out the business including: Management, finance, operations, marketing, sales and business strategy.
Andrew Sands

Andrew has worked in the building industry since he was 16. He oversees all projects and has successfully trained several apprentices into the business.
Thomas Sallabank

Thomas has been with Iceberg Enterprises since 2013 and oversees all of our commercial and office fit-out jobs.
Drew Heath
Lead Architect
Drew Heath has been designing and building award-winning homes since the early 90s. His projects have earned him many accolades, including 3 Wilkinson Awards. He has also served as a judge on the popular television show “House Rules”.
Tom Clack

Tom is a Site Manager with a record of success since the early 2000s overseeing all aspects of multi-million dollar construction projects within the private sector.
