Established in 1853, the Vauxhall Inn offers bistro meals, gaming facilities, pool, weekly events and live sports. Iceberg undertook a major revamp and upgrade project on this iconic location in late 2017. Works included;

• Remedial waterproofing around rooves, balconies and awnings.
• Upgrade to sewer and stormwater.
• Remedial engineering solution to sure up tower.
• New operable entrance gates.
• Line marking to carparks and pedestrian areas.
• Internal painting throughout and feature wallpaper.
• Bar restoration and modernization.
• Full upgrade of the poker machine room including, extension,  carpets, divide screens, cedar automated louvres to enable air flow to room, new Airconditioning and gas heating, cabling, audio visual etc.
• Automated door installation.
• New decking area and main entrance gates.
• Landscaping of new gardens.
• General repairs throughout.
